Public Disclosures
As a part of our commitment to transparency and fiscal responsibility, we disclose:
- Annual compensation, including base salary and benefits, paid to directors and applicable employees of the Corporation.
- Expenses incurred by directors and executives of the Corporation, such as travel, meal and hospitality expenses.
Compensation Expenses
The Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act requires public sector bodies, such as PSPP Corporation, to publicly disclose the names and compensation paid to all Board members, as well as employees who earn over the threshold amount for that disclosure period (2023: $150,219).
In accordance with legislative requirements, the Corporation publishes remuneration/compensation paid in a given year annually by June 30 of the following year. For further inquiries regarding our compensation disclosure, please contact Craig Warnock, Chief Finance & Risk Officer.

Under the Joint Governance of Public Sector Pension Plans Act, the PSPP Sponsor Board determines the remuneration to be paid to the directors of the Corporation.

Sponsor Board members do not receive compensation from the Plan.
Expenses
We disclose expense summaries from the last four quarters. Quarterly expenses are posted 30 days following the end of the quarter.
